Q. Where is your facility located?

A. We are located at 2000 Holiday Lane, Fulton, KY 42041. Our picturesque facility is a short drive from major cities such as Nashville, Memphis, and St. Louis, but is quiet enough to allow our clients the peace and tranquility they need to recover.


Q. I don’t have transportation to the facility, can you help me get there?

A. Yes, we routinely work with clients to get them to our facility and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate people’s needs. Please call Amber at 1-866-532-9329 and we will do our best to help.


Q.What services do you offer?

A. We are a 30–day inpatient residential treatment facility for people seeking treatment for alcohol and substance abuse. You can learn more here.


Q. Do you offer mental health services?

A. We are strictly a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. We do work with other treatment facilities and are happy to make referrals when necessary.


Q. How old do you have to be to be accepted at Changes?

A. We serve people 18 years of age and above.


Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. Changes accepts almost all private insurance, along with Medicaid from Kentucky and Tennessee (except for Blue Care). Please call admissions at 1-866-532-9329 for more information.


Q. Do you have a doctor on staff?

A. We have a medical director on staff and our facility is staffed by an RN 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Q. I am scheduled to check in to the facility, what can I bring?

A. Please call us at 1-866-532-9329 to discuss. We generally asked clients to bring comfortable clothes, cigarettes or vaping products if you use them and you are allowed to bring snacks and personal items that are alcohol free and in sealed containers.


Q. Do you allow phone calls?

A. Each client will work with their individual counselor to create a schedule for when phone calls will be allowed.


Q. Is the facility certified?

A. We are proudly certified by CARF International, the Joint Commission and Legit Script. These certifications represent independent evaluations by outside entities that signal our commitment to continually improving services and providing the best experience possible to all our clients.
