Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, compassionate care for individuals continuing their recovery journey. We meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, offering a supportive environment that promotes accountability, growth, and long-term success.
Our program includes empowerment-based classes, KESC certification opportunities, the ability to earn your GED while in the program, parenting classes, and individualized one-on-one therapy sessions with a licensed therapist. Clients also benefit from consistent accountability measures, including daily drug testing, to help reinforce stability and progress. We also offer transportation services to help remove barriers and support consistent attendance.
A key part of our program is our dynamic and personalized group experience. We offer custom-built classes designed to meet the real-life needs of our clients, focusing on practical tools for recovery, emotional growth, and relapse prevention. In addition, many of our residential mentors bring their powerful, motivational classes into IOP—creating continuity of care and allowing clients to stay connected to the same inspiration, guidance, and lived experience that helped them in residential treatment.
What sets our IOP apart is our team—many of whom are in recovery themselves. We understand the challenges firsthand and are committed to meeting each client where they are, walking alongside them with compassion, respect, and real-life experience.
At Changes IOP, we carry the same peace, love, and healing found in residential treatment into our outpatient program—ensuring every individual continues to feel supported, empowered, and never alone in their recovery.
